Original 2nd printing, 11&3/8 x 24" concert poster for the Butterfield Blues Band, Jefferson Airplane and the Grateful Dead at the Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco, CA on 10/7-8/1966.

The poster is in very good vintage condition.  It has a small corner bend, tape pulls on the top edge, light corner wear, and toning and smudging on the back. Otherwise nice. The poster was definitely displayed.
