The poster has conditional issues.  There are multiple tackholes on all four corners and two on he upper border.  There are a few tears on the edges, one of which is taped together.  There is light toning on the bottom edge.  The back has large areas with tape pulls where the surface of the paper is removed.  There is also tape on the back, and light toning.
 
Still, it's  cute, hippie-era poster from the NY area with a happy vibe.
